Initial Audit Results Issued

Each rooftop is issued with their Point of Sale audit results, inclusive of all granular detail with specified remedial actions for each customer file where required.

Remediation Window

Teams are given the opportunity to address specified remedial actions set from initial point of sale audit ensuring any potential risk is addressed and reduced.

Final Audit Score Published

Following remediation, an updated audit risk score is issued demonstrating the audit is not simply identifying errors, but to ensure constructive process; supporting continual progression in operational conformance.
