Monthly Deal File Audit Conducted
Our internal audit team reviews all deal files for the agreed period, ensuring adherence to relevant areas of consumer credit and insurance distribution regulation, as well as internal processes.
Initial Audit Results Issued
Each rooftop is issued with their Point of Sale audit results, inclusive of all granular detail with specified remedial actions for each customer file where required.
Remediation Window
Teams are given the opportunity to address specified remedial actions set from initial point of sale audit ensuring any potential risk is addressed and reduced.
Final Audit Score Published
Following remediation, an updated audit risk score is issued demonstrating the audit is not simply identifying errors, but to ensure constructive process; supporting continual progression in operational conformance.
Compliance Review Meeting
Additional Compliance Review Meetings, typically quarterly are conducted at Senior Management level to ensure adequate oversight for the responsible persons. This includes audit review, Consumer Duty MI analysis and other areas of regulatory focus as appropriate for your firms agenda.
